Through one to one coaching (in person or via Zoom) I talk to you, listen and then help you to figure out what is important to YOU.

I will support you to set realistic, achievable wellbeing goals, work with you to overcome barriers as well as keeping you accountable so that you can experience the success of achieving your personal wellbeing goals.
